1.כללי
1.1 אתר זה מופעל על ידי חברה זרה הרשומה באיחוד האמירויות הערביות (Dubai, UAE), ואינו מנוהל או מופעל ממדינת ישראל.
1.2 עצם השימוש באתר מהווה הסכמה לתנאים אלה, לרבות איסוף ועיבוד המידע כפי שמתואר במסמך זה.
1.3 אין לראות בשירותים המוצעים באתר כהצעה לציבור בישראל, והאתר אינו מהווה “מאגר מידע” כהגדרתו בדין הישראלי.
2.איסוף מידע
2.1 האתר אוסף מידע טכני בלבד הנדרש להפעלתו, לרבות כתובת IP, סוג מכשיר ודפדפן, שפת מערכת, אזור גיאוגרפי (לצורך התאמת מטבע ושפה), ושעת כניסה.
2.2 מידע שנמסר על ידי המשתמש באופן יזום (למשל שם, כתובת, דוא”ל בעת רכישה) נשמר אך ורק למטרות עיבוד העסקה.

4.3 הגישה למידע מוגבלת לעובדים מורשים בלבד, באמצעי הצפנה ופרוטוקולי אבטחה מחמירים.
5.שיתוף עם צדדים שלישיים
5.1 מידע אינו נמכר, מושכר או נחשף לשום גורם חיצוני, למעט:
• ספקי שירות טכנולוגי (Shopify, Stripe, Klaviyo)
• שירותי שילוח (YunExpress, DHL וכד’)
• ספקי אנטי־הונאה או אבטחת מידע
5.2 כל גורם צד ג’ מחויב להסכם עיבוד נתונים התואם את דרישות ה-GDPR.
6.Cookies וקבצים דומים
6.1 האתר משתמש בקבצי cookies לצורכי תפעול, ניתוח ושיפור חוויית המשתמש בלבד.
6.2 ניתן לחסום או למחוק קבצים אלו דרך הגדרות הדפדפן.
